I have recently moved to the Orlando area and I was looking for a gym. I tried F45 Dr.Phillips and found my second home. The staff is very friendly and they motivate you throughout the workout. I used to do CrossFit and found F45 more effective and I even got my spouse to join and he would only go to the gym. He tried F45 and signed up right away! Highly recommend trying out the gym, you won’t regret it.
